What staying here is actually like
Flatter and quieter than the caldera villages, with easy access to several of the island's best wineries and to Akrotiri's beaches and archaeological site — but a car or regular taxi use is genuinely necessary here, since bus connections are thinner than to Fira or Kamari.
Who it suits
