What's still realistic last-minute
Kamari, Perissa and inland villages like Messaria, Pyrgos and Megalochori generally hold availability much later than Oia and Imerovigli, since demand concentrates so heavily on caldera-view rooms specifically. A flexible, "somewhere good on the island" approach has a far better chance than fixating on a specific caldera-view property with only short notice.
